Course Description

The list of this century’s threats is a formidable one. It includes: biological warfare, pandemics, rising tides of nationalism, cyber war, the misuse of artificial intelligence, displacing of workforces by robotics, and climate change. Dr. Baker will take a look at many of these challenges and assess how well as individuals and families we are at preparing for them. He will also offer a survey of dangerous hotspots around the world that could ignite global conflict. The course concludes with a look at how future wars are likely to be fought.
