Course Description

Etymology is the study of word origins and history. Knowing the elements that create word meanings is both fun and the best method of increasing one’s vocabulary. It’s possible to infer the meanings of thousands of words without having to memorize their meanings individually. 60% of all English words and 90% of science words have the same Greek or Latin elements
