If you’re interested in figuring out who-dun-it in fictional prime-time television, here’s the course for you. Sign up for Hot Coffee & Cold Cases to get some foundational knowledge on how forensic science really does go about helping to solve criminal cases. Ms. Rippy will examine cases pulled from the headlines and use them to help you hone your own investigative skills. This involves looking at laws on the books, crime scene tape, fingerprints, DNA samples, and even genetic genealogy. All this in pursuit of getting insight into how criminal investigations proceed these days, from start to finish. Prepare yourself for immersion in a mini-lab where you are the leading investigator.
