Course Description
This course will explore The Cantor Arts Center & Anderson Collection at Stanford University. Both museums were founded by private families and have assembled extraordinary collections. This course will cover highlights from both while considering the impetus and differing approaches each took in building, maintaining & educating their respective collections.
