Course Description

In a safe and welcoming environment, the Writing Critique class provides participants with an opportunity to give and receive feedback on their written work in multiple forms — fiction, non-fiction, memoir, short story and poetry. Writers share short pieces they’ve written in advance of class and receive feedback and comments to help improve their work in revision. Critiques include elements of craft as they arise in the course of discussion. Participants should be prepared to work before and between classes, reading others’ submissions, preparing critiques, and writing their own work for submission. (ONLINE *note the time and Break before the Last Class- Event will not be recorded.)
