Course Description

In a safe welcoming environment, Writing Critique provides participants with an opportunity to give and receive feedback on their written work in multiple forms — fiction, non-fiction, memoir, short story, poetry. Writers share short pieces or excerpts written in advance of class, and receive feedback for revision. Critiques include elements of craft as they arise in the course of discussion. Participants should be prepared to work before and between classes, reading others’ submissions, preparing critiques, and writing their own work for submission. Companion course to Writing Generation. Online. Event will not be recorded due to the personal nature of participants’ work.
